Who
Bailey Simrell is the founder of Just Right Place (JRP).
Bailey began taking freelance clients in 2020 while working full-time as a web developer. As the work grew, JRP was formally established in 2021. Before that, Bailey worked at – and eventually managed – a family-owned advertising agency, arriving at software already fluent in design, marketing, and media.
Bailey has been building software for over 14 years, across web applications, digital products, and technical systems. The day-to-day has changed with AI – less writing every line by hand, more steering fleets of agents – which has compounded what a small team can take on. That background spans data, documents and records, software, design, marketing, media, research, and IT infrastructure – useful when a project doesn't fit neatly in one box.
JRP takes on work wherever technology shows up: data strategy and analytics; document digitization and records systems; web, mobile, and desktop software; AI agents and integrations; phone systems, IVR, and realtime AI voice; IT and networking (including CJIS/HIPAA/SOC 2 infrastructure and rack-and-stack); outreach like handwritten direct mail and A2P 10DLC-compliant SMS / MMS; research; and mapping, GIS, drone, and geospatial work. That range lets the studio stay involved from concept through delivery without outsourcing the critical pieces.
You'll work with a small JRP team – the people actually doing the work. When a project needs specialized help outside the studio, we bring in trusted partners.
The approach is practical: use a strong existing tool when it's the right fit, and build custom when the problem actually warrants it – judgment over dogma either way.
JRP also builds and operates its own products and platforms across other domains – including Lackawanna Connect, ScrantonAI, QuantGPT, and others.
